Is it murder if you're being attacked and accidently mow down your attacker while running for your life?
I don't think so.
Right? Cops do it all the time, if you are scared of your life and some angry dude is pulling in the middle of the highway to confront you, what if they have a gun. At this point it's proven the attacker is unreasonable, unhinged and unpredictable. I would try to put him back in his car with my car.
He's punching a mirror not shooting a gun or pulling a knife. So yeah, pretty much textbook murder.
At least you’d have that lil bit of personal reassurance to remind yourself while you sit in a jail cell for the next year as a jury decides whether or not they think it was justified.
