Like as in they say something like “a splash of breve”?
Yeah 😕 sometimes they would say that. But tbh I don’t think customers at Starbucks really understand what they’re ordering or know much about coffee stuff??? Like this one lady wanted a cold brew but hot and got mad when we said we couldn’t do that lol.
One time when I was working for Sbux, there was a lady who said she wanted breve in her coffee. From what I was told at the time, if someone said breve they wanted a lot of cream so we had to charge them for that. This lady came up to the window and got upset about the price. We told her that when people say breve, they usually want more than 4 oz and we have to charge them. She understood but she only wanted a splash, so we fixed that for her.
I like cold brew coffee warmed up. I like cold brew because of the lower acidity and I like my coffee hot 🔥, so warmed up cold brew it is. I bet she understood what she wanted perfectly
