I liked it actually, because she was always watching out for Susan and had to be the responsible one, she never got to make the mistakes a teenager makes. It made sense to me that she'd be angsty and impulsive as an adult.
Yeah, I agree. And she does take a PhD(I think?) so is the downfall really that big?
