Or, you know, nights in jail, hundreds in bail money, lawyer, court fees, etc, all to fight a "intoxicated in public" charge.
Also, there are still those cops who carry little meth baggies that they'll later "find" in your pocket or car, and there are still those people who will hurt or kill you for your weed, money, or even your weed money. You're an easier target while high, and that's what scum loves to target, be it criminal or corrupt cop.
Yes, yes, not all cops are bad, etc etc. But just assume they are and will use anything they can against you. You'll be safer that way.
How? He said he was "allowed to use it" in that location?
Lots of things are legal, but the fine print gives cops all the "reason" they need to fuck with you.
And just so everyone knows, cops absolutely DO NOT have "quotas"!!!
They have PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS that they must meet, like bringing in more money than is spent on their paychecks so the police force can have a nicer ball this year than last. We need to beat last year's Dubai Ball, you guys.
