I had a symptom where I could feel my heartbeat just constantly pumping in my ribcage and that went on for a few days.

I also get this and my heart rate elevates as well. I convinced my doctor to do every heart test in the book to make sure it wasn't heart related.. nope.. just severe panic disorder.
