I think so too. If you look at the picture sideways it looks more elbowy. There’s a lot of questions here without answers, but I want to know why they are getting a tattoo instead of getting that (cyst?) removed first. So now they have both a cyst and an infected tattoo.
Might be that oil they inject to look like they are muscular. It's deformed one way or another.
