To repeat:
Wisconsin's outstanding vote is roughly 5.5 times Trump's margin. Much of that is from Milwaukee county (41% reporting, expected to release ~170k votes all at once.)
Pennsylvania's outstanding vote is roughly 2.8 times Trump's margin. Much of that is from Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Allentown, but a sizeable portion is from mail-in delays.
Michigan's outstanding vote is roughly 5.2 times Trump's margin. Most of that is from Detroit, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, and Flint.
Georgia's outstanding vote is roughly 4.0 times Trump's margin. Most of that is from Atlanta and Augusta.
Biden needs two of the above four states to win.
This is assuming that Alaska and North Carolina hold Republican and that Nevada holds Democrat. These assumptions are reasonable because the outstanding votes in these states will likely resemble the votes counted so far.
And to anyone wondering, YES these ratios are going to keep shrinking UNTIL the city votes come in.

When is milwaukee county supposed to release theirs
No clue, but I saw a comment at 2 am that said βChuck Todd says itβll release [at 4am.]β
But if thatβs whatβs keeping you awake your best bet is to get to bed.
The website you linked has Biden only winning 1 of the 4 necessary, so by these numbers it's a narrow Trump win, but all of the 4 states are far too close to believe projections just yet
Donβt look at the reported vote totals, look at the counties that the outstanding vote is concentrated in.
This makes me super-duper, mega happy. My mental health thanks you.
