Pretty sure all the ones I have seen say you are required to be 21 (or maybe 25) years old to purchase on them and they check your ID. This may just be a Mn thing though
I work at a liquor store and any THC products that come in have to have specific packaging or we can’t sell it. It’s all supposed to be batch tested too. Also anything edible we have to have in a locked container. THC can only be sold to anyone 21 or older and as soon as I ring a THC product up a prompt to check the age pops up just like any liquor products.
I think part of the issue that made this go through is other states might not be as regulated as we are, along with declining liquor sales. I hope something happens to maybe add more regulation so it can continue to be sold as is
