I actually don't see anything bad in AI use per se, I just find the AI writing tone and style obnoxious and feel like it does a disservice to the point one is trying to make. It's one thing to use it simply as a writing tool, completely different to outsource the whole compositional work to it. Besides, reddit is filled with AI posts for astroturfing and engagement, so if you're a human trying to genuinely convey something to other human users, having ChatGPT speak for you is not a good look.
