I thought this was Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. I thought the triangle on the right was the vault symbol
i was so disappointed with that game at launch, giving it another try now, going better this time.
Be prepared to be disappointed again, campaign is too short, and there only one thing to do once you beat the game.
lol i know about the grindy end game. pretty much seems to be a knockoff of diablo 3 rifts which is fine. its more the campaign got me. the writing and voice actors was less than ideal plus tons of audio glitches and such.
so now the audio seems stable and my characters voice is....... less annoying than the original ones.
I enjoyed it, just not as a "Borderlands" game and I mean that as sorta a good thing. I'm a die hard borderlands fan, but the last two (3 and the Pre-sequel) felt very stale.
3's writing to me was shit tier. plus with a lot of year one balance issues and stuff there were issues.
in general i loved the pre sequel and many ideas however there was literally no end game at all, just infinitely cycling new game, its like "aight i know you were inspired by diablo 2 but not this far guys".
I do have some mixed feelings about the pre-sequel. Overall, it basically felt like a dlc they tried to make a stand alone game. But my god, what they did with Handsome Jack really got me.
they were trying something lol they just failed.
was supposed to be watch good guy descend into villain
was actually douchey guy turns into even more douchey guy
also I realize it was made by the australian team but I really could have done without so many heavy cockney accent voice actors.
Mine locks up every 10-15 minutes or so when I play splitscreen with my kid. Really disappointing. It's the only console game I've played in probably decades that just locks up like that.
The Borderlands franchise in general has been disappointing the last few years
I like it much more than 2 and 3.
Whaaaat. 3 I will give you as that one was polarizing, but 2? 2 is the apex of the series. Hell, tiny Tina Wonderland is originally a dlc for 2 anyway lol.
2 is one of my favorite games ever
The grind in two is awful. Everything was great about 2 but the grind. I hated that grind more than getting gear in a MMO. Wonderlands is a perfect balance between the two. Also, Andy Samberg and Wanda Sykes are the best additions to the series.
While we're at it, 3 had solid gameplay but a dreadful story and miserable og ps4/xb1 ports.
I actually like those douchebags. Jack was perfect.
You know this is my opinion right?
Grind? You can beat anything with anything in that bug riddled mess of a game lmao, i have 900 hours logged in bl2 and can confidently say there is very little grind unless you want specific parts or legendaries (or pearls if ur a real fiend).
It did not feel like that to me when making it to the end game. Everything was a grind that I got tired of quick. It took out a lot of the fun of the game for me.
Are we talking about the op's because if so all of that content you need slag for or you just deal 0 damage because of how it works, so if you didn't use slag i can see where the grind would exist. Besides that i honestly cannot for the life of me figure out where you would have run into difficulty killing things.
