Restore AllHide UnarchivedI feel like he did it to teach them a lesson about parking too close to doors.
His thoughts, 'That car is parked too close. Like, okay, i didnt damage the car this time, but i could have if i had opened it just a bit harder. Well...i might as well just go on ahead and do it.'
‘To protect and serve.’ Was for their own benefit really.
protect and serve is their “motto” not an actual rule they have to follow
This is my OCD brain lmao
That's giving him way too much credit for having brainpower. It's literally just "this person's inanimate objects aren't obeying me enough!". This is something you'd normally see on /r/idiotsfightingthings.
Like what was his motivation here? Cops are weird.
Spite. It's always spite.

Restore AllHide UnarchivedNo context needed. Cops are a gang, and if you’re being investigated, you’re their enemy. Everyone else is just civilians until they cross them.
If you’ve never had the chance to walk through a house that’s been raided for drugs, it’s way worse than this. Yes they’re searching for things, but the way they do it is spiteful. I’m talking like, your door is off the hinges, your mattress on the floor cut open with a Bowie knife, all your stuff like laundry detergent and cleaning supplies poured out all over the floor and your furniture, which all also met the Bowie knife. Chairs straight up broken, and light fixtures ripped out of walls and ceilings. Holes punched in drywall, boxes of cereal and other food just dumped all over the counter and floors, your entire cupboard of glassware just dumped out on the floor. Any and all drawers will be dumped out. You get the picture. It’s spiteful, and yes you are responsible for all the damage because you were a potential criminal so fuck you.
No, myself or my roommate were not selling drugs. They didn’t find shit.
Probably didn't find what they wanted to find in the house and got mad.
He really wanted to beat his wife earlier in the day, but took it out on the door instead.
Ego so big they think like toddlers
Yeah I saw the first obviously accidental hit when he was entering the room, then he just stood around so I started thinking "So fucking what? Accidents happen, but I guess reddit is just being histrionic again"
Then as I checked the video length and saw it still had 2/3rds left, he turned around and slammed it deliberately.
It was like "Ooooooh, there's the destruction of property"
And then he just kept going.
And going.
What a fucking dickbag. Checking the damage and looking so smug about what he did.
This is exactly how I read it too.
That or some people just like to cause damage, makes them feel in control or something. And he missed out on a chance to cause "free" damage.
imo, I think it’s so he can say it was already like that and “a door couldn’t possibly do that damage” so he could blame it on something else if questioned.
Seriously, why is that door opening directly into the same space as the car. I feel like I would hit my own car if it was like that.
Good job, pal, victim blaming a car. Do you think it was dressed too sexy, and deserved it?
Ok now you're just being redundant.
Don’t worry I’m sure he was held responsible and held responsible to the fullest extent of the law as would a private citizen
