The behavior I just explained is what the commenter that I replied to had expressed in their comment and subsequent replies. They said that they don’t like Jordan. When multiple people pointed out this seemed unnecessarily negative, they said they were “just expressing their opinion” and that it cost them nothing to be mean.
I replied that this didn’t seem like someone, to me, who would really jam off Dropout’s vibes. This is because Dropout’s usually about like positivity and being generally quite supportive of all comers.
My stating this seems to have confused you and caused you to jump to this commenter’s defence, but I honestly don’t really see why as, again, they were being sort of rude without any real reason.
😂 Congrats on being the only person in this thread to not delete their comments in embarrassment (or have them deleted for you) reading this little thread was a trip and I had a lot of fun imagining what all the morally and intellectually questionable deleted responses might have been!
I will never understand the misery of people who feel the need to shout about their hate for 'X media personality' on every single tangentially related post they can find. Like is this your only hobby? Get over it
In all fairness only two commenters were being unkind and several of these deleted posts, if I’m not mistaken, were actually the other people chiming in to call them out.
I’m unclear on when all the deleting happened, but not because I’m some moral paragon; I just fell asleep.
Well that's definitely less interesting than my imagination, but I'm glad to know it wasn't actually all awful
