Exactly, Ublock Origin Lite blocks YouTube ads and everything else pretty much the same as the non Lite did. If you're bothered by that, just use Adguard directly as an app on your Mac/Windows/Linux and run their Assistant extension that is as good as the non Lite Origin.

I admit myself, I fell for Arc but then it was abandoned and now it's pretty much garbage even on Mac because of OS 26, runs extremely hot on my MacBook sadly and has way too many bugs. Dia is pretty, but they are trying to lock you in by not allowing for an easy bookmarks export and there is still no sync etc.

And I won't even comment on other browsers, Helium is cool but still, no sync which I really need.

I wish Safari on Mac still had compact tabs, I'd probably just be using that on my Mac as well, but for now Chrome it is.
