I recently had to watch a friend, an older gentleman, who had gone bald in his twenties and didn't like wearing hats, burned his head every summer.
Skin cancer on the top of his head, it wouldn't go away no matter how much of his head they chopped away.
He started wearing hats toward the end, his brother gave a bunch of his old hats.
I think of him every time I wear a hat, and nowadays with my shaved head, I always wear a hat.
I just started wearing hats as much as possible again. Used to due it more often but slacked off.
