Rust, code here

Was pleasantly surprised at how easily my part 1 code was used in part 2 as well! You can tell because I didn't rename any of my functions. Did some fun bitwise stuff here, probably some more obvious/effective ways to do it but mine was def fun to write.

...Although now I'm realizing I could've saved some lines and just used map on those iterators instead of doing the conversions manually inside the for loop.
