It doesn't ring true now because if Liza was elder millennial not gen x / Jones

She wouldn't of needed to pretend to be younger as she likely would of been working since her daughter was about 2-3 years old full time or part time and not had huge work gap like in show

Or she maybe would of had longer working career first and had daughter in late 20s early 30s and again gone back to work after short maternity leave

Which is why I can relate to Kelsey and Josh remembering the social elements, drinking/ work culture we had between 2002-2012 and how much further money seemed to go then

But not Liza at all
