Anyone else losing it waiting on the results from the in person interviews? I know they just ended last Friday but I’m losing my mind waiting for an answer. Hopefully we hear something back this week or next, Good luck everybody.
Yeah it’s nerve wracking for sure. But it’s out of our control at this point. Wishing everyone the best who were given the opportunity to interview. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽 everyone! 🙂

Not for me. I’ve been bouncing between my email and Reddit like every 15 min. Going crazy here.
Same, is insane how long they take. On the interview they told me that they would let me know for good or bad in two weeks from the last interview. I wonder if maybe they are getting affected by the hiring freeze in some way, even though it shouldn’t as it is a national security position
Hopefully not. I’m a 0083 with the Air Force right now and we have a hiring freeze on our positions

BS in cybersecurity and an internship as a sysadmin but that was only a few months long. You?
No, I have only attended boot camps and earned several certifications that way. My BS is in Business Administration. I was supposed to start my Cybersecurity IA after WGU, but I put that on hold
I’m not sure how much a degree helps but hopefully I’ll see you in Virginia in June.
I don't think a degree would help unless it were in forensics. I hope to see all of you, too. It will be weird trying to figure out who is who 😆.
Not at the moment. After the interview they told me to expect to hear something during the second week or March. So, next week we can expect an email.

I just checked mine, says selected too. I’m assuming that’s from the interview?
They have said selected since they sent out the TJOs before the in persons

I asked them that question during the interview and they said they were not affected by the freeze.
As I said, I interviewed in Orlando, and I was also told that decisions would be made around the middle of the month (about 2 weeks from my interview). It has now been 3 weeks. On top of concerns about cuts or a hiring freeze, I think it's possible that the decisions actually have been made, and we are waiting for a 3rd party (like the Office of Personnel Management) to send the e-mails.
