Yes, but I would like to point out that Jones is lying during his "interrogation" he stated that he hadn't seen Garrett the day of the murder. You can clearly see from the hospital footage Jones pulling in his driveway and getting out of the truck as Garrett drives by, he was considered a suspect as well according to the notes shared by Joey Rice (investigator analyzing hospital footage). It's hard to tell from the video, but it does look like they waved at each other and exchanged some words.
