Yes there is. Certain countries have very strict customs where you can't import estradiol powder. Customs will seize it. There are some sellers that will hide the powder inside of something to make it look like a legal package, but there are no guarantees that will work. Especially with X-ray scanners and the world becoming more and more draconian every day.
There are even countries where you can be arrested and tortured to death if they find you trying to import estradiol. If you're in one of those countries ideally you would GTFO, but not everyone has the means to do that.
