Different folks have different opinions, which is perfectly fine. I found the first two episodes of Andor slow and boring, but enjoyed everything thereafter. I enjoyed all of Better Call Saul; however, I was invested in the series for the past few 14 years and somewhat knew how Saul's story ended.

I went into Andor somewhat blind, having only seen Rogue One once. I just saw a Star Wars banner on Disney+, and hopped in. It's similar to folks' complaints about MCU content. Some viewers get lost if you just toss them into the "middle" of a story.
