Literally none of it makes any sense - not the way the car works, not the dog, not the kid, not way the guy runs over (and then fully ignores the kid lmao). The car fully stops well before anyone does anything. The second dog butt on the right doesn’t react to anything.
The fact that someone with internet access was uncertain enough to have to ask is wild to me. Like no offense to OP specifically but people need to get better at spotting this stuff especially when it’s this bad.
