Pepper spray is illegal to buy/own in the UK
Last week, I was chased down a mountain bike trail by a bull terrier being walked without a leash by a group of 7 or 8 people. Thankfully, I out-rode that stubby legged shit but I'm now carrying pepper spray. If I had to defend myself against that dog, I'd have to probably defend myself against the moronic owners too.
OP's vid is in the the UK, we aren't allowed pepper spray here.
Mounted on the bike? Pretty deranged. Probably more likely to crash and spray yourself.
