Edit: im not sure if im allowed to post links so - therws a website called "crimestoppers". To get to the canada one just make sure u it says .ca in the url. U can use it to anonymously report these bozos to the local police. There doesn't seem to be an option for "hate crime" so ive just clicked mischief. This link works outside canada.
