No argument there - but that's been true the entire time it's pumped up
People who can’t pay rent aren’t moving the needle on markets.
So if people can’t afford rent…how they gonna buy a house?
People are seeing folks who bought a few years ago underwater and struggling to keep up with maintenance costs. Owning a house ain’t the easy win it once was.
As has been said these aren't the people moving the market. They're tiny minnows fighting over scraps
