Agreeing with user DragonRider here. I personally know some relatives na taga squatters. Binibigyan yan sila ng chance, binigyan sila ng decent subdivision bahay just 1hr away (and 1 jeep ride away), pero binenta lang nila at bumalik sa squatters area. Marami daw sa kanila ganun ginawa. Sabay sugal, inom, pa birthday party sa lahat ng kamag anak, tapos pag ubos na nag mamakaawa ulit.
So glad to have cut them off.

Sqauatting should be criminalized again so that these people will be arrested.
Agree. This actually solves two things. Free lodging sa squatter tapos may magagawa na sa mga illegal settlers.
True ang daming ganyang "professional squatters" sa amin sa Bulacan tska Cavite. Mga galing Metro Manila na pinaalis dahil sa clearing operations, bibigyan ng pabahay sa kalapit na probinsya. Tapos gagawing paupaan yung bahay at babalik ng Metro Manila para mag squat ulit, rinse and repeat. Not to mention yung mga dating lugar na tahimik nagiging dugyot, maingay, tska lunga ng krimen dahil dinadala pati nila yung ugaling squammy nila na nanghoholdap, nagaadik, nagnanakaw etc. Sana ibalik ulit at gawin criminalized yung pagi-squat, tapos bawiin yung mga pabahay na binibigay ng gobyerno oras na malamang pinapaupahan yung pabahay na binigay.

Dapat may contrata na tlga to and maging criminal offense.. like pumayag na umalis, if nag squatter ulit, pwede na sila ikulong at kasuhan
