Isn't this quite a big buff for Earthquake or?
Ive been cope running Earthquake with reduced duration support and all the reduced duration I could reasonably get on tree since 0.1 so I can pretend like my beloved Vaal Groundslam is here, this is indeed massive

If I understand correctly Overabundance I is actually better, 50% less duration is better than 40% for this case

Earthquake still can’t stack AFAIK because it relies on creating Jagged Ground. You can now have multiple earthquakes in different places is my reading.
You can stack jagged via enchroaching ground. But this is only mainly useful for shockwave totem

Note that this essentially leap slam -> hit and run EQ for clear, using bleed and poison prolif chains. Then using hammer of the gods for single target. Im sure if you're a sc trade player you could do a lot of things differently to be even more speed/offensive focused (a venopuncture and/or icefang orbit ring is a cheap uniq i didn't have that'd fit for instance).
But really there are lots of good titan mace builds on poe ninja you can look at, this is more of a specific/niche one
