wooow no wonder lol i can crave it soo bad sometimes
I just had some as I was typing it! lol
So it’s natural for me to want Cheezits. My brain needs them. 🙏🏻😭😭
White cheddar and hot and spicy the best!
Omg yes!! Have you tried the Extra Cheezy Cheez It’z? My brain begged me for these and they were delicious. We should start a club.
Yes,the xtra cheesy are the BOMB, so good.
I love them. And I love the white cheddar I feel like I need to take a shower after I eat them they’re so good.
The power of cheese compels you …
Praise Cheeseus!

I’m eating it as I read this!
I know I just shot up 2gs of cheddar
The casein is absolutely not why you crave cheese. If you think it is, buy a tub of casein protein off Amazon. That shit is nasty and makes you feel like garbage.
There’s a reason they didn’t include a link in their post. It would have been an obviously junk website.
Edit: lmao. I love Reddit. You guys make me feel so smart. :)
There is literally so much information on the subject online from multiple sources and studies. Feel free to do your own research. I didnt feel the need to post a website link. But here I’ll post some

Lmao. And in no way is it because casein is like an opiate. Jesus Christ. Cite a specific quote for that asinine claim.
I can't speak to the legitimacy of the claim, however, i would like to point out that "binds to opioid receptors" and "is like an opiate" are two completely different things, and to conflate the two is misrepresenting their claim.
I did not misrepresent their claim. They said it was addictive because it acts like an opiate. That is some idiotic nonsense that requires a valid medical reference.
None will be provided.
They said it binds to the opioid receptors in the brain. Again, i cannot speak to the legitimacy of this claim. But something binding to the opioid receptors in the brain is not the same thing as "acting like an opioid".
It acts like an opioid in this way. That was their claim. It’s wrong and dumb. No idea why you need it to be right so badly. It’s not. Cheese is amazing because of saturated fat.
No, that was not their claim. You clearly don't know what these terms mean.
Feel free to do your own research! I’m just an internet stranger on Reddit.
