Political beliefs aren't limited to the two US political parties and the likelihood an individual's beliefs are a 1:1 match with any political party is very slim. There are no 'sides'.
Sure there is, it’s almost like sports teams. People will vote according to the teams, always. Think about the amount of hatred you get voting third party as an American. The billionaires have completely high jacked the system. Whether your beliefs are 1:1 or not. Your vote gets funneled into an extremism agenda unless people decide it’s time to stop voting for the 1%. Which is unlikely to happen anytime soon
Political beliefs are not the same as party affiliation. You could answer the OP from a 'party agnostic' perspective.
